First off ew. That guy is a creep. There’s an elderly couple that always comes into my restaurant. They refuse to allow a male to serve them and tip horribly. My GM is a fucking pushover and will not let us refuse to serve them. He’s disgusting and rude and his wife lets us talk to us female servers like we’re garbage. He has physically and verbally abused other servers until he got me. The first time I served him I put his old ass in his place and my manager actually high fived me because she’s never seen anyone handle him the way I did.

He came in and told my female manager he wanted a booth where he could have a nice view of her ass. She came back and told me about him and how she had to seat them in my section because I was the only girl on the floor. I told her it’s cool and I’ll take them. When I go over to introduce myself he tells me it’s nice to have a piece of ass serve them. I completely ignore him and get their drink orders. I come back to the table drop their coffee off and get their food order. He continued to say more gross things and his wife ignores it. At this point I’m looking at her like are you insane correct him but I guess she’s used to it? I come back to see how their coffees are. He grabbed my wrist aggressively twisting it a little to assert his dominance and forced me to feel that his coffee cup was “ice cold”. I calmly and sternly told him to let me the fuck go if he wanted to be able to use that arm ever again. He was taken aback and let go of me. I told him I’d go warm up the cup for him no problem but if he touched me again or made another disgusting comment he will leave and not be able to return. I came back with the heated cup and food and ignored them the whole time they were eating. They’ve come in a couple times after that and they prefer to not sit in my section and will take a male server over me. I’m never rude to customers but that guy pushed me and I refuse to be touched by strangers at work.
