Was told it would do better here.. [I baked] Vegan Triple Chocolate Brownies, roughly 350mg each- and a large serving!

Recipe:

3/4 cup of almond flour

3/4 cup of dark cocoa powder

1/2tsp salt, Himalayan

1 cup canola oil

3 replacement eggs (3 tbs flaxseed and 9 tbs of hot water mixed)

1/3 maple syrup

1 tbs of vanilla essence

(All chocolate is bought with a vegan friendly seal of approval)

1/2 cup of dark chocolate, chopped

1/3 white buttons

1/3 bittersweet buttons

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350f or 176c, prep an oven tray that is 13x9 and line the bottom with foil.

  2. Sift flour, cocoa and salt into one medium bowl and whisk.

  3. In another bowl mix together your; oil and maple syrup- whisk until combined. Then slowly add in your vanilla essence and replacement egg one at a time. Use an electric beater to fluff everything up until it is light and fluffy (nearly 2 minutes).

  4. Slowly mix in the flour mixture into the wet mixture until JUST combined, I use a fork for this. Do not overmix as you will not get the desired brownie.

  5. Gently fold in the chocolate and leave just enough of every kind to decorate the top of the brownie with.

  6. Pour the mixture into your pan, spread it out so everything isn’t lumped into the middle and sprinkle the rest of your chocolate over the top of the brownie.

  7. Bake for 35 minutes, your brownie will continue to bake itself once you pull it out of the oven as the tray is hot. Leave in the tray for 5 minutes before removing and placing it onto a cooling rack.

Leave to cool entirely before packing it into any storage containers. Enjoy!
