The tomatoes on the stalk is not actually tomatoes, but fish. From a Michelin-star restaurant.

I mean it's to interpretation i guess. I do enjoy food a lot, and enjoyed all the meals we got served there. However i can't see what these "make things look like something else" adds. It was by far the least tasty thing of the entire evening. Although i do have to compliment the skill taken to make it sure, i just can't see what it adds to the food at all. I think nice presentation and the visual experience is a big part of it and they arrange their dishes beautifully, but personally i do think this falls under "stupid". But again, it's an individual thing just like the crazy fashion runway outfits for $50,000 some see as high-end fashion and others see as stupid.
