It was an understatement to say Joanna was not happy. It took plenty of willpower not immediately snap at Tommen's words, or yell at him in protest. She had to choose her words carefully, insulting House Westerling would not be wise as the West needed to be united for the eventual conflict that'll happen. Still, she felt bitter towards Tommen for arranging it in the first place, as soon as father went on his merry adventures and placed him in charge.

But what would she do then? She will become the lady of a house who is undeserving to have a lion for a bride. Will Robyn Westerling force her to remain at the Crag while he goes off killing, drinking, and sleeping with whores? No, she will not let the airheaded fool cage her like some hound.

Perhaps there was there a silver lining to all of this, Robyn Westerling was a fool and fools are easy to control. That is if he accepts Tommen's proposal.
