Tomorrow I Will Make a Last Ditch Effort to Save My Business & Family - Need Advice

Ive paid down everything from about 1mm in debt to 230k. I dont see bankruptcy as anywhere near my situation. If anything, Im about to finish off the debt and am looking forward to more aggressive expansion.

I bit the bullet and sent out an olive branch to my father.

I told him I want the property of the store I run as well as the shares for the 1st vendor. The property gives me collateral and the shares give me ownership of the vendor as well as the debt tied to my name. With the two things handed over I can take out a loan and completely wipe out the debt. The payments Ive been making are weekly and the bank will require lower monthly payments over a longer course of time.

I think I made a breakthrough and now I just have to wait for the logistics to play out if my father follows through. Hopefully he does. This is the best route. My mom will be talking him through it too. I think I overheard that his lawyer wont see him anymore so it may be on me to facilitate it.
