I've been trying to find this game for years. I know it's not 'Hotdog Stand'. This was just a mini game among other games. Here's what I remember.

This was a children's game from the mid to late 90s. There was a hot dog mini game, where you could dress up your own hot dog in a park while a guy sings about making hot dogs or something along those lines. I also vaguely remember another mini game involving finding a lost object (maybe a toy) for a crying girl. Every topping made a different sound and I especially loved the relish sound for some reason?

I've also kinda remember two characters.
