Did you not read my post at all? This has nothing to do with demands of customers or demands of higher ups. All the people that moved on were hard workers. I know who the laf people are and I know the hard workers. So do the mgrs. All the PAs were shown no appreciation for their hard work so they left for different sites, roles, or opportunities outside of Am. It doesn't affect productivity one frickin' bit to treat people with respect and at least thank someone for consistently stepping up. It actually helps productivity. It encourages more hard work to at least have a damn thank you once in awhile. Hard work is not rewarded or even given lip service of gratitude to and the lafs are allowed to skate. Makes no sense. Your post excusing a dysfunctional culture is lame. It causes the good people to leave and the skaters get a pass to keep doing the bare minimum or less.
