Did you not read my comment at all? The entire bottom part of my comment and the one before it all talk about moderation and how carbs are great but shouldn’t necessarily be a staple unless you have something to go with it and balance it out. If I eat a bowl of pasta everyday with nothing else I’m going to feel fine for maybe 30 minutes and then like shit the rest of the day. That “fuel” doesn’t “burn clean” meaning your sugar levels go up and then crash. Adding a protein means things level out a bit and you don’t get that awful crash. That was the whole comment. No fad diet advice. No carbs are the boogie man. I just wanted to say that carbs in excess or by themselves aren’t great for you.
