Is it too late to move this apple tree?

The tree has been moved! Was thinking close to the back of the photo, but there's an obstruction there - closer to the fence we were worried about vandalism. Neishbourhard is a bit rough.

This set up the branches world be parallel to the walkway and on a east-west line so it should get sun without shading to much else. I could use some advice on pruneing d know removing crossed branches is standard, but I've seen fence styles where they crossed limbs of different trees, so would crossing and securing branches like v.2 cause any problems? I like it aesthetically more, and just seems a bit more suited to the space prune1 prune 2
