Too scared to migrate to america because of what i see online - should i be?

Okay first off, cut that "trump era racism" shit out. I'm conservative, and a "Trump supporter". Do I think you should migrate here? Yes. If your family is here, and you want to work a tech job here, then by all means, migrate. Now, if by "migrate" you mean hopping on a rickety old truck and crossing the border with a convoy or whatever the new means of crossing is, then no. But if you decide to migrate legally, then there is nothing to be afraid of. If someone should try and discriminate, prove you are legal and shut down their arguments. But do not contribute to this disgusting flow of pity-seeking illegal immigrants. Some of my best friends that live in Texas are Mexican and are legal. One of them is technically Mexican-Japanese, and oddly enough I'm not "racist" towards them. I fully support and embrace legal immigration.

Tl;dr Migrate legally to be with your family and have access to more job opportunities, or dont bother.
