Too skinny for veganism

the reality is that you have no idea what you're talking about and/or doing.

We are talking about basic food science. Macronutrients. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this stuff. How much of the different macronutrients does the food have, how full do you get from it, and how healthy is it. That's pretty much what we need here.

I'm underweight in most people's opinion

Then gain some weight. I'm not talking about the "beautiful skinny", I'm talking about the unhealthy "you need to eat more" skinny.

You have done nothing and are all out of ideas

Well I've replied to basically every comment so I'm not really out of ideas. I'm here in the first place to figure out peoples ethics when it comes to this lifestyle, but it seems like most people just get angry when their views are questioned. I'm generally all for veganism, it's awesome. Just not for people that are in my position or worse.
