Re your post about having an abortion. I had one 11 years ago. It wasnt the right time to have a child but having an abortion was the right thing for me.

Whatever you reason for having an abortion was, be 110% honest with yourself. If you are certain that was what was right for you then that's okay. Me too. If not then it's okay to seek help. It's hard and that's okay.

Drink lots of water and relax. Talk to friends, family, and your partner. Whether you feel like you made the right decision or not you still need a support network.

Take time off of work or education because it's not a pain free experience. I was 5 weeks but it still wasnt pain free.

Look after yourself and be honest with yourself.

I have no regrets because it was not right for me and that's okay. However, if you feel otherwise then speak to someone. Who ever that maybe.
