It took this girl 9 minutes to crash her new car

I was on an offramp of a major highway. There were three lanes. The right lane turned right, and the left lane turned left, and the middle lane had the option to turn right into the furthest lane going in that direction, or going straight through to the onramp.

I was in the middle lane, and this very young woman (teenager probably) was in the right lane. We were both turning right meaning that she would turn into the closest lane going in that direction, and I would be turning into the furthest lane going in the same direction.

For clarity sake the road we were both turning on turns into one lane within two miles, so the person in the closest lane would need to merge with the second lane (the lane I'm turning my car into). When the light turned green the teeny bopper girl in the other lane sees my car and while making the turn tries to immediately steer her car into my lane. With my car currently occupying said lane she swerves into the lane she's supposed to be driving on to and scoffs at me from her drivers seat.

Couple miles down the road (again after we've already merged) we're sitting at a red light with her in front of me. The road expands to three lanes in front of us but is blocked by a concrete barrier to our left and right. We're both in the middle lane now after the road has expanded into three lanes, and while at the red light (probably 10 cars deep before the light/intersection) she sees cars flying past us on the left hand side heading up to the intersection.

Seeing that this is some sort of express lane she, without looking, steers her car into the left lane and another car from behind both us is strikes the driver side of her brand new Honda Accord smashing both windows and knocking both cars in an awkward direction.

From the sheen on the car and the new tags I could tell this girl hadn't been driving this brand new car longer than a few weeks. Perhaps, like a bicycle with training wheels for a young child, she shouldn't have been handed a $25k piece of equipment just because it's what this special snowflake deserves.
