Btw, you just sent a link showing that house prices at Toorak are literally getting slammed, that basically is shouting that house prices are totally overvalued.

1. Toorak: "The House price is 27% lower than last year."
2. Safety Beach: 6% higher (expect this to skyrocket, when all the houses at places like Ragamuffin are completed over the next 2 years and up for sale).
3. Balwyn: 2% lower
4. Patterson Lakes 12% higher
5. Portsea, 14% lower

Your link likely excludes private sales (which a lot of these ultra-high-end houses are).

Don't be surprised to see the value at Toorak continue to drop. Enjoy investing in Toorak if you think its so luxurious. But don't be surprised if the trend continues downwards.

Also, maybe try speaking to residents in Toorak. A lot of them seem unhappy in that area.

I suspect you're panicking about your investment property in Toorak, or you wouldn't be pushing so much BS here lol.
