Top civil servant warns the UK faces its worst recession in decades after Brexit

My husband and I retrained in IT. it was really hard, but we went through a bunch of courses on udemy and read blogs and stuff, however, I got pregnant again so I dunno how successful I'll be but my husband has done really well. He went to lots of Meetups and eventually got himself a job. Now he's got experience recruiters are always coming to him. Before it was months before he got an interview and then he really had to prove himself to work in a warehouse or a supermarket.

Not saying IT is for you, but definitely have a hard think about what skills are in demand and you wouldn't mind doing. I had a friend who learned bookkeeping and did it for friends and family for free to get some hands on experience, then started working for themselves.
