Top Conservative aide seen speaking to Rebel Media, who are banned from party convention

Fascism is socialism. It's a form of national (state) control over the means of production, with the goal being national supremacy on the world stage. This differs from communism in that the communistic ideal is a stateless society. A caps share far more in common with communists than they do with fascists (because they share absolutely nothing in common with fascists)

As far as progressivism vs conservatism, fascists are more in line with progressivism as they seek to enact societal change far more than they seek to maintain the status quo.

I guess you could say that a caps seek to make societal change as well, but it's in the exact opposite direction of the fascists.
