I can't say classless to Toronto fans so easily cause it was too in the heat of the moment reaction. Like raptors all season weren't suppose to be in this position. Once LeBron left, a weight was lifted off the east. Whoever won the East was suppose to sit back and take a beating from Golden State. Celtics were the only one who supposedly had the talents from the East to give Warriors a run. As the season came to a close it felt like Celtics or Bucks or 76ers were the team.

When Bucks were up 2-0 everyone felt this would coronate antetakumpo as the best in the east.

And then Raptors won and then kept winning. Warriors were suppose to sweep raptors. Then warriors were suppose to win in 5 then 6. Then down 3-1 everyone made it like Kevin Durant would come back and carry the Warriors to victory.

So with all of those emotions and factors I can't fault that fanbase for a momentary lapse in judgement.classless would be like lebron and Wade joking about Dirks flu back in 2011 Finals
