I was tortured growing up

I find it's easier to make the dark side less dark than it is to make the light side lighter. You can shine a little bit of light into someones life and it has a big effect if they're feeling down.

This guy is obvious having a hard time and probably ached in the decision to post this here as a sort of confessional, saying "this is the real me, take for for what I am"

He needs empathy. You need to take a quick moment of your life to really settle into the frame of mind that's illustrated by his words. You gotta try to walk a mile in his shoes. Actually imagine what it would be like as vividly as possible, then take a moment to ask some questions and deepen your picture.

It takes hard work to clean up the world around us, so start by cleaning up others first and encouraging them to do the same.
