Tough decisions

I was in my countries version of this a month ago and the place was completely overrun. You know during a pandemic it seems a lot of people wanna do work around the house, most people were at least wearing masks but the sheer amount made that feel not enough.

We tried to find an employee for like two hours cause we needed to ask a question. There was lines before any "service point" they had. We did see some approach those points but as soon as our eyes met they would basically turn and run or they were already carrying things with purpose looking busy.

We just left and contacted the online support lol. I can't even fault them, I wouldn't wanna deal with this shitshow either. It was frustrating though and I thought to myself "Does anyone even work here?!" in the moment.
