Mostly it's about comic books, shared hobbies, and work since we have the same job.

He isn't racist, or homophobic or anything like that, him and his wife even bought me and my wife a pride flag ornament for our Christmas try last year lol.

I think we get so caught up in the internet that we think the way people act here anonymously is how they are in real life. But in my experience the people I meet outside the internet are almost always a lot more reasonable and human.
