Disagree. This is like people who complain about racism against white people. It’s not in the same league. Toxic masculinity is just a cover-all phrase to capture the ways that certain men not only treat women appallingly in terms of actual violence and deliberate sexism, but also do themselves a disservice by shutting off any possible mental health support that they could benefit from by assuming a persona who regards reflection of their own feelings as being “girly”.

Of course women can be assholes too, nobody is saying that women are perfect. But even a cursory look at murder/rape/domestic violence statistics will tell you who the bigger problem is.

But I see we have a few “feminism is cancer” bros in here so I’m not expecting much logic.
