Toyota 2019 Rav4 XLE deal?

Update:

I feel screwed after the sales and finance guy lied to me. Maybe you guys can give me some further advice because I'm going back on Monday to cancel the GAP and extended warranty. Can anyone let me know if the Warranty can be cancelled? I see on my gap contract it can, but the Warranty doesn't say.

So, I decided to get a different Rav4 that comes with the Rav4 XLE weather package which is $31,844 MSRP and they initially quoted me $27,879 (with Toyota's $1000 Rav4 rebate). I live in Denver, CO and my taxes are 8.31% dealer and handle fee $499.50, and Doc/title fee is $50.

After going back and forth, and them valuing my trade in at $1500 (I thought was fair because of the damages on my car and Kelly BB valuing it at $1700). The sales sheet that they used showed a total price of $27,747 and some change after $500 college rebate and $500 loyalty credit. Come to find out they're missing a $500 rebate on my sales agreement or they didn't take the $500 off the price.

Is there anything I can do to get this $500? There's a paper that shows what they wrote down before I went to the Finance guy and he showed it to me even when I was signing papers. I kind of questioned it and the Finance guy straight up lied to me and said that "No we did give it to you, it's just deducted from the sales commission or back end". Really all they did was change the interest rate which is still high, to make it seem like they discounted the price.

I know it's my fault for signing the papers and not going through it carefully, yes, I deserve a smack on the head. Do you guys think I got screwed hard?
