Trading in tickets

Here are directions directly from my email from the orioles.

Dear Mr. Boulden,

Thank you for contacting the Orioles.

Every home game (with the exception of Opening Day) is available as an exchange date. This provides you with 80 exchange dates in 2015. Exchanges will be processed on a “dollar-for-dollar” basis, subject to availability.  Your tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours prior to the date of the game you are returning and a desired exchange date is required.

Season tickets cannot be exchanged over the phone because your exchanged ticket is your form of payment.  You can exchange your tickets at the Orioles Box Office at Camden Yards. The Box Office is open 7-days a week. The hours are Monday thru Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  When the Orioles have a home game, the box office is open through the middle of the 5th inning.  In addition, you may also exchange your season tickets at the Orioles’ store in Galleria Mall in York, PA.  There is a $1 per ticket convenience charge at this location.

Also you can send your tickets back to the Orioles in the mail explaining your situation and why you cannot attend the game.  If there is another game you can attend, please note it.

Send the tickets and letter to the address below:

Baltimore Orioles

Attn. Ticket Services/Exchange or Refund

333 West Camden Street

Baltimore, MD  21201

A final option for our Season Plan Holders is to forward your tickets back electronically. If you log into your My Orioles Ticket Account you can click on the tickets that you wish to exchange and send them back via email. You can either send them to your account rep directly or, if you are unsure who your rep is, you can send them to our ticket service team [email protected]. Please include a message of which game you would like to exchange to and one of our staff members will be able to exchange your tickets.
