Trail Braking for the street? Who has Dunning Kruger?

I mean dumping the throttle. Just letting go of the throttle on a high torque bike means putting down a nice line of rubber at almost any gear above first on the flattest and straightest of any road. That's the part I don't think you get. Even a 1000cc straight four will slow you down nicely just letting go of the throttle. A 2 cylinder thumper 800 will skip you like a rock in that same straight line. And hell we all learn clutch control just being good neighbors by going high gear and half clutch to keep the exhaust noise down no matter what our engine type. Seriously find a friend with a stereotypical vtwin and get to speed in 2nd and let go of the throttle and you'll feel what that torque can do without putting yourself in danger. Then imagine doing that at speed.
