You literally came here looking for advice to ease your dog into sleeping on his own. We gave you advice, you’re kind of refusing to accept crate training. Even if you ignored crate training....yes you can start locking your 7 month old puppy outside of your bedroom but he’s now going to see it as sleeping in a different space than his pack.

Some advice that I guess you came here looking for instead: buy a crate (yes there are XL crates for 100lb+ dogs) and a large kong. Fill the kong with peanut butter or whatever and freeze it, put the frozen kong in the room you now want him to sleep in and refuse to let him come with you. Keep doing this until he stays where you want him. Give him a dog bed to lay on or any comfortable place to sleep
