Training Tuesday

I was at the chiropractor and told him I'm really into weightlifting and he ended up telling me he was really into weightlifting and majored in exercise science. Anyways he ended up making a program for me I wanted you guys to critique.

-Max Rest between sets of 90 sec.

-Use 85% of 1 rep max. *He said you may not get 10 on everyset and that is okay

-If lift and get all sets/reps of a particular lift 3 consecutive training days increase weight by 5lbs. If lift is bench or legs increase by 10 lbs.

-Abdominals done every day- anyway/ any type you want

-Cardio-15-20 min HIIT
