Training Tuesday

F, 25, 5'8" 129 lbs. On a cut for summer, but trying to maintain muscle mass from a recent bulk, so I just switched from two days of pretty targeted lifting (Back and bis on Tuesdays, Legs and shoulders on Sundays) to three full-body days. Would love to hear your thoughts on this, since I kind of made it up myself. Also, I'm not really training for anything besides "being skinny," which is boring, so thoughts about other goals for myself might be cool too, I guess.

  • MONDAY: Superset x3 - seated row x12 and barbell step ups x15 (limited by shitty gym equipment). 25 min core (including supermans and back stuff)

  • WEDNESDAY: Superset x3 one-legged deadlifts x12 and rear delt raises x15; walking lunges with one dumbbell above my head 3x20 (evening out arms and legs); lat pulldowns 3x12, bent over dumbbell rows 3x10. Whatever time I have left is abs.

  • FRIDAY: Squat 3x12, superset Bulgarian split squats 3x10 and lateral delt raises, superset barbell hip thrusts 3x20 (limited by shitty gym equipment) tricep bench dips 3x20 and front delt raises 3x12. Whatever time I have left is abs.

Note: I don't do chest because implants

Tuesday and Thursday I run 4-7 miles, Friday is yoga, and Sunday is rest day.

It said pictures are encouraged so here's a recent one of me (tryin'a build my shoulders a little bit) and here's an old progress pic from last summer. I haven't taken one recently 'cause I'm not as lean as I was in that photo, so I'm not sure how much information I could really get from that comparison.
