Training volume and data breakdown for one of our UCI Continental Level riders.

I am in no way comparing my own results to the rider's above, but it was a good exercise in stepping back and analyzing my own training plan/schedule in terms of performance trends. I've pretty much exclusively been looking at increasing my CTL; tracking my HR & avg adj W shows that I'm making gains in improving my sustainable power levels as well. Tracking TSS also explains why I felt so utterly destroyed after last week — I had no idea I'd worked that hard last week & felt bad that I was skipping a TR workout because I was so exhausted on Sunday.

However, to compare myself to the rider above — they must be doing 10-15hrs/wk of just base miles, no? I know my long Z2/Z3 rides are huge sources of TSS even though they're relatively easy to recover from. Would be interesting to know how many hours of high intensity a week they're doing.
