Trans man discusses how once he transitioned he came to realize just how affection-starved men truly are.

When I said "you talk like someone born in riches and ..." it was an analogy, like when you hear idk the son of a CEO becoming the VP in the same company with next to no effort.

Worked and paid my own way through education and as a result have 3 degrees. Job etc etc

And? So do men, what I'm talking about is when it comes to partner selection.

If you believe the average man puts in a lot of effort with no results, perhaps you should ponder what it is they are doing that is working out so badly for them?

Maybe the ever increasing expectations than the man should exceed in terms of achievement compared to their female partners when the wage gap is virtually zero, and women take up an ever increasing % in white collar jobs? You can't have all three at the same time (basic maths) unless men were genetically more intelligent/capable or something. How is it when men as a whole are falling behind it's "maybe the men are doing something wrong"?

If you read my comment really closely, you'll see I'm talking about expectations when it comes to partner selection.
