Trans and on the spectrum?

Non-binary/Fluid. o/ It's been a difficult road. I'm only recently realizing that I was misdiagnosed early on and was seeking treatment for major depression and social anxiety, with little to no effect, when really those were just symptoms of my broader condition and was my body's response to my school, family and work environments. Not to mention racial, gender & socio-economic life pressures. Being more aware & informed now and adding some lifestyle changes have made a huge difference for me and I'm doing much better overall. Still have considerable and limiting difficulties. Doing my best within my resources & abilities though. I've always had to be my own advocate and had to figure this all out on my own as my family just isn't helpful. It's hard. And doubly isolating, being outside the conventional binary and on the spectrum. Speaking for myself only.
