No porn is inherently offensive. Porn is based in fantasy, which by definition is separated from reality. As long as people understand that difference, then it's not offensive.

It can still be poorly made though, and most porn tends to be cobbled together rather haphazardly (though that also tends to give it a more 'real' feel, like a found-footage film), or is specifically made to get straight cishet men off, which is usually a fairly simple task. Plenty of modern trans porn is very well-made (such as a lovely red riding hood and big bad wolf scene with Chanel Santini), and probably promotes general acceptance to a degree many would rather not acknowledge.
