I do wonder how this Reddit got into politics and world view but down the rabbit hole Ig as shown in the series when Danny gets his powers or loses them they elude to his DNA being altered by the ghost portal and that it was infused with ghost DNA whereas with trans it’s typically not a dna change or genetic change it is surgical alteration or introducing extra hormones into the body which would not have been found there in mass to begin with. Finally trans people to my knowledge ftm cannot fertilize a female egg and mtf cannot carry a child but they Show Danny with the ability to do most of the things that a ghost can if not more. So to me it doesn’t make since maybe it’s not supposed to. I don’t say this to offend I’m just sharing my take
