I’m so afraid that trying to transfer so soon, right at the start of Q4, will look really really bad on me and they won’t take me. Which I wouldn’t blame them; if I was a hiring manager I would probably turn me down if I didn’t know my work ethic.

I have one callout in 2 months because I was very sick, almost full availability (7a-10p, though it may need to change depending on where I find a place to live and what a potential bus schedule looks like), no corrective action, but I bust my ass at work. Trained in beauty and cashier. My TLs and ETL are pretty hands off my department because they are usually very tied up with style and electronics so I don’t know if they would vouch for me unless I ask my team to approach them with me and vouch for how hard I bust my ass with them. I know my trainers would vouch for me to my leads... ugh. This is so much and I’m so anxious about it. Thank you for the information, though. I’ll hopefully talk to HR tomorrow if she’s in.
