"Transgender college students at higher risk for suicide attempts after denial of access to bathrooms, appropriate housing" Should this influence Jewish (particularly those rooted in Halacha) opinions. At what point does pikuach nefesh play a role?

(There's nothing wrong with pointing out that Men might abuse this law](http://www.snopes.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Man_Disguised_as_Woman_Recorded__Hours__of_Mall_Restroom_Video__Investigators___NBC_Southern_California.jpg) The only difference is that today he would have been able to claim he was transgender, when back then he knew he was just a male pervert in a wig.

Honestly you "open minded and tolerant" bullies all sound the same. Every time someone disagrees with your opinions you immediately claim that all their concerns are either made up, fear mongering or that they're bigoted. Bringing up the fact that we don't want our young daughters using the same restrooms as Men in their 50's who identify as 6 year old girls is completely legitimate, and there's nothing bigoted about the idea that perverts might try to abuse this law more than trans people will use it properly. It's not bigoted to suggest that there's probably more perverts out there in the world than there are transexuals in the first place. There's nothing transphobic about not wanting my 14 year old daughter to be forced to shower at school during gym with pre-op boys who claim to be girls and demand to use the same showers.

The longer these fairytale gumdrop unicorn fascists claim that these issues don't exist or that the people who hold them are simply bigots, the more trans issues are going to seen a weapon for your political bullying, rather than a legitimate civil rights issue.
