"Transgender college students at higher risk for suicide attempts after denial of access to bathrooms, appropriate housing" Should this influence Jewish (particularly those rooted in Halacha) opinions. At what point does pikuach nefesh play a role?

Trigger Warning.

There's nothing wrong with pointing out that Men might abuse this law The only difference is that today men like this would be able to claim he is transgender, when back then he knew he was just a male pervert in a wig.

Honestly you "open minded and tolerant" bullies all sound the same. Every time someone disagrees with your opinions you immediately claim that these actual concerns of perverts abusing this law are either made up, fear mongering or that they're bigoted. Bringing up the fact that we don't want our young daughters using the same restrooms as Men in their 50's who identify as 6 year old girls is completely legitimate Listen to the reasoning this man uses to describe why he identifies as a 6 year old girl:

"Wolscht used to be an eight-year-old girl, but later went even younger at the insistence of his adopted sibling. “A year ago I was eight and she was seven. And she said to me, ‘I want you to be the little sister, so I’ll be nine.’ I said, ‘Well, I don’t mind going to six.’ So I’ve been six ever since.”

But of course, if I was to DARE suggest that this man might be mentally unstable, there's no shortage of Social Justice Warriors lined up to call me a transphobic bigot for denying her truth. It's not bigoted to not want this MAN around my daughter, and it's also not bigoted to suggest that more perverts might try to abuse this law more than the extremely small percentage of trans people will use it properly. This not only applies to bathrooms, but Gymnasiums both private and at public school. There's nothing transphobic about not wanting my 14 year old daughter to be forced to shower at school during gym with pre-op boys who claim to be girls and demand to use the same showers.

The longer these "open-minded and tolerant" bullies claim that these issues don't exist or that the people who hold them are simply bigots, the more trans issues are going to seen a weapon for their political bullying, rather than a legitimate civil rights issue.
