Would it be accurate to say that hypothetically if the network was completely anonymous with no facility to identity accounts that are misused (Criminal use/abuse etc) would the network be penalised by third parties on the internet?

If this is true then would it be fair to say that these changes to the policy are both fair and most importantly very necessary for all the ordinary normal users so that they can receive emails properly without the Protonmail network being blacklisted by third parties such as not being able to sign up to services etc

Finally isn't it also fair to point out that the biggest asset here is the fact that Protonmail are extremely open, clear and very precise with discussing these types of issue at length and this alone provides gives users a clear choice to make their own decisions about using these services
