Okay so I don't know if you mean not working or not showing up because when I went from AE 2019 to AE 2020 my RG and other Plug-ins weren't there to use so this is what I did to fix it.

Now I'm in bed so I'm going off the top of my head but I think I have it down pat, also I have a Windows 10 PC and have minimal experience with apple but it should still be the same.

In my file browser I went to

Program files/ Adobe/ After Effects CC 2019/ Support files/ Plug-ins

Find your RG Plug-ins and copy them. Now back up to Adobe/

Now select After Effects 2020 instead. Then follow the same steps as before to it's Plug-ins folder and paste. Relaunch AE 2020 and you should be good to go. This solved all my problems. It's very easy and straight forward. Hope this helps if not try to delete and reinstall them or contact them directly for support.
