traveling for weight loss

I travel probably about half the year (I have a remote job) and I highly recommend it! Just recently I went on a cruise and even with all you can eat food I ended up losing weight cause I was out walking a lot. As someone who has travelled to all the countries in Europe and many other countries I recommend Eastern Europe. There are free walking tours in pretty much every city (where the group gives a tip at the end). Everything is highly walkable, inexpensive (compared to the US) and beautiful. Also recommend Turkey anywhere outside of Istanbul. I don’t recommend North Africa or central Africa or the Middle East as walkable cities. Eastern and Southern Asia are also great and safe destinations but due to COVID a lot of things are not open
