I demand standard compensation and late payment interest.
Description of defect Description: I have sent an refund application on xx x.xxxx. Travel link hasn't answered or commented on the refund situation in any way. I have tried contacting through phone and email, and nobody answers from either of these. According to the finnish ministry for foreign affairs the customer had the right to compensation for the flight because of the coronavirus situation.
I demand standard compensation and late payment interest.
