Omfg your comment reminded me- my mom had a full hysterectomy and at the same time a hemorrhoidectomy (it's exactly what it sounds like) and her recovery was the worst out of all of the surgeries she's had. I literally stayed with a friend for a week, and we were kind of a hermit family so that never happened. My dad could care for me fine, but he needed to do too much for her after that one.

She says the hysterectomy part was the worst because that's why she couldn't sit up or do anything, like a c section they're going through your core muscles so it really leaves you useless.

Also she took Premarin after and that was its own separate roller coaster lol.
