I tried Shuttle+. Saying I'm disappointed is putting it mildly.

You've repeatedly stated that some (most according to your comment history) of the issues were happening in multiple players, so pretending Shuttle is the cause is a straight up lie.

I still think you're not understanding the contract between developer and user. Again, I do care about my product, and I want it to work for everyone. The current beta alone has 183 unique crashes.. Troubleshooting your issues as an individual is not beneficial for the majority of users. Having said that, I do tend to attempt to resolve individual users when I can. You happened to need assistance at a time when I wasn't available. But that's all semantic. That's me helping because I want to. Because I care about my app. And generally, I care about the user's of my app. (Not you, because you're an asshole). But I'm not obliged to. I don't have to. You buy the app as is. There is no agreement for me to provide support. You're talking about some general software transaction agreement which simply doesn't exist. Look at the billions of apps on the Play Store. You think each and every developer guarantees a flawless product and unlimited tech support? When's the last time you got a response from Google about a Google app issue? (Yes, they too have bugs).

Don't come here bitching about me not being constructive either, you prick. Your post set the framework for that. You didn't come here for help, you came here to bitch and moan. I rattled off one potential cause of an issue, which you clearly weren't interested in. If you wanted troubleshooting, we'd be doing that now. But no, you told me you 'trashed' the app (you certainly did that) and got yourself a clip player and you don't care about it any more.

I've also offered you a refund, something most developers don't do. But you want to hold it over me, don't you? Fortunately for me I know where the bounds of responsibility lie for me as an app developer. Otherwise I'd be getting fucked over by this kind of bullshit daily. Like I said, assholes with an inflated sense of entitlement such as yourself are the bane of my existence.
