Perhaps this is an appropriate time to finally ask. What exactly happens if someone comes across one of these "triggers"?

As someone with severe anxiety, frequent panic attacks (which have led to hospital visits) and a few other fucking fun things. I cannot even imagine being "triggered" by media in any way.

I mean, something may make me a little uncomfortable but I have to assume if we're giving "warnings" now there are some pretty serious ramifications for those who are "triggered"?

Honestly I'm not sure that we're not just going overboard on certain things to compensate for other shortcomings. This triggering stuff kinda just seems to me like it was some social movement I don't know how much help it's really doing. I mean I'm probably fucking wrong, but I just don't get it.
