Plenty of guys understand that especially in WWE and NXT where they get thought to slow down. H isn't that great most of his best matches are either gimmick matches or where he's in there with someone like HBK or Benoit. As they always say the mark of a great wrestler is someone who can bring his opponents up with it. Did H do that for Steiner, Goldberg, Nash, Kozlov, Cena at Mania 22, Orton at Mania 25, Sheamus at Mania 26 or Reigns at Mania 32. His last good recent matches were all against guys as good or better than him like Ambrose, Bryan and Rollins. His slowing down matches can be detrimental as well just look at him and Shawn at Bad Blood 2004 which went 20 minutes too long. Triple H is very good and capable but he's not great. I agree people who say he's bad are ignorant but the reason people still ask this question is because most can tell that he isn't great. After all other than WWE created list where has he ever been rated as one of the best past his great heel run in 2000 which imo was the last time he was great consistently.
