I get panic attacks from time to time too. I had one in a movie theater not too long ago. It just hit me out of nowhere, and all I could do was keep thinking “why now, why now, why now” as I felt sweat running down my back and I tried not to draw attention to myself. Eventually I realized it wasn’t gonna go away so I retreated to the bathroom to try to ride it out in there, but I realized once I got to the lobby that I won’t make it to the bathroom and I needed to just lean on a wall, but I reached for the wall and was too far away....next thing I knew, security was helping me up off the floor. Panic attacks are nothing to fuck with.
