I think Trisha's face shows symptoms of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. I know a girl with FAS with traditionally similar features who is very mentally unstable due to the brain damage

Totally, I understood what you meant, just for others because FAS is the cognitive disability (learning disability) and don't want others to think that FAS = Trisha behavior lol I have BPD myself so I do think Trisha has it, but emotion regulation is a common side effect in made different disorders and I find it fascinating: CTE, TBI, ACE issues, Cluster-B, C-PTSD, etc

You'll notice that these are all probably interelated anyway. BPD is most common with childhood trauma. Childhood trauma usually correlates with a high score on the ACE (adverse childhood experiences) test. It's all up for debate whether cluster-b is even the appropriate umbrella for these developmental personality disorders, or if they should all be considered C-PTSD. Same goes for FASD, a child who is born to a mother who drinks heavily during pregnancy is likely to provide a similarly unstable and traumatic environment for the child. The emotional/behavioral regulation issues in FASD have not been isolated as cause/effect, only correlation at this point. I feel pretty strongly about looking into the dysfunctional relationships that run amok in low income communities because it is all systemic and continuous. I would think it is easy to imagine that a person with as much dysfunction as Trisha is (without any further treatment/management of her disorder) going to be a mother who provides a pretty terrible environment for her child to grow in, which would result in a similar ACE score as Trisha, which greatly increases the risk of them developing the same issues that Trisha has, whether we call it FASD/BPD/NPD/C-PTSD, etc
