Truckers or anyone for that matter what is the most interesting thing you have seen while out on the road?

So I deliver nuclear medicine for a living, and what I drive is just an SUV, so I can't see into people's vehicles from above sadly.

This one time I was driving down to Laredo from San Antonio, which is about 2.5 hours and most of that is a 2 lane highway (technically 4, but it's split with a large median between the 2 Southbound and 2 Northbound lanes). Also, I realize the amount of text might make it seem like this was a really long encounter, but in reality all of this happened in the span of a couple minutes at most. Admittedly, I was way more amazed at the situation than I was horny at first, though on a long drive like that (plus the drive back), my mind kept going back to them. It still does from time to time.
