It normally boils down to what parameters you measure "strong" by. If it's mana levels and access to weapons identified with her legend, I'd say she definitely is way stronger. Comments saying here that she is probably "Lion King" level are probably not too far off--plus she has all of this power and no templar psychological issues hobbling her (her other issues are still there obviously).

If we're talking about versatility and ability to use other weaponry outside her historical time, I'd def say her post-FGO other classes might be better at this (say, for example, her Summer Rider version. Access to Excalibur Morgan, a bike that outruns any horse and a high-powered sniper rifle is gotta be something).
