I went to say this is bullshit and most likely 90% of it is. But I unfortunately do know of a guy who got castrated at school by a girl similar to this story sort of. I didn’t see it but I heard the same story from a lot of people. So it got popular to hit guys in the balls after we had some school assembly on sexual violence. This girl apparently had gone around and sacked probably a hundred guys. She sacked me like 4 times. So she found a new target she hadn’t sacked before and he saw her coming and knew what she was going to try so he retaliated with a punch to the vagina before she got him. He had to hit her in the front and it ended up being useless. She didn’t react to it I guess. But it made her super angry. This guy was already covering his balls so she punched his throat and let go of them. She kneed him and knocked him down to the ground. That’s why she put her knees on his chest to pin him down and literally started to ground pound his balls until she beat them until a pulp. I have no idea how he got to the hospital or anything. I just know he never showed up to school again until the next year and he was completely different person when he got back
