Biden strategically lies with half-truths and changing promises? Trump lies about basic facts and reality. Trump isn't allowed to run a charity anymore because of his history of stealing funds. Trump historically steals money from funds like this.

This isn't about who lies and who doesn't, this is politics and who has done what multiple times in the past. Trump has frequently lied to people about exactly this and it's weird that you're not acknowledging that in favour of trying to portray this as the Dems making a big mistake when they were straight up honest about not being able to do anything until after the election.
