Trump announces ban on transgender individuals serving in military saying, "the United States Government will not accept or allow...Transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military"

Oh, narcissist is an understatement.

I do remember him running during the last cycle as well, but dropped out within a week because it wasn't working. Theres videos floating around of him testing the waters since the 80s, so there's persistance for ya.

I would suggest that going to bat for the same agencies who gave suggestions for 'enhanced interrogation' and 'weapons of mass destruction' may need a little undermining at this point.

But then again, this has been 100% theatre from the getgo, so other than ruffled feathers, it's just ego clashing, not really important IMO.

And I'm not as knowledgeable as some, but I have seen the following metrics so far:

Illegal immigration down 80%, cut off of funding to syrian fighters (remember when we funded al quaida?) the head of the FBI admitting he leaked confidential information to the press being fired, and a military policy we are discussing now.

I'd say if you were the kind of person who voted for trump, they are all kinds of good from your perspective. From a general conservative perspective, it's been the first time you've seen people <40 talking about conservative politics... Long term, GOP has been looking for how to get new blood involved in a while.

As for the alternatives, if they have a better message that they can make resonate, they make ride this wave to the top... If theres nothing that can grab the electorate as much, what does that say about the conservative party?
